We set up our chairs all across the ISLE OF PALMS but cannot set up directly behind the IOP County Park or on Sullivan’s Island.
If the calendar shows RED, we are SOLD-OUT.
We are temporarily working with LIMITED staff due to national labor shortages. We humbly ask for your patience with us as we could expect delays of up to 45 minutes for morning SET-UPS.
For NEXT DAY and SAME DAY orders until 1 p.m.:
- If you place your order before 7 p.m the night be#fore, your chairs will be set up on the beach by 10 a.m.
- If you place your order between 7 p.m.-8 a.m. for that day, your order will be set up on the beach by 11 a.m.
- For SAME-DAY orders placed between 8 a.m.-10 a.m., your order will be set up on the beach between 11 a.m. -12 p.m.
- For SAME-DAY orders placed after 10 a.m, your order with be set up within 1-2 hours.
Event Timelines
Pre-Event Setup (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Venue setup: arrange seating, stage, podium, and registration desk.Test AV equipment: microphones, projectors, screens, and internet connections.Set up signage, banners, and branding materials
Morning Session (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Welcome speech by the host/emcee.Overview of the seminar agenda and objectives.Topic: “The Future of IT in Business.”
Lunch Break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Lunch served. Open networking opportunity for attendees.Session 1: “Cybersecurity Best Practices.”
Post-Event Wrap-Up (4:30 PM - 5:00 PM)
Collect attendee feedback forms or distribute online survey links.Pack up materials, banners, and equipment.Final networking and informal conversations.
